Stimulating properties of celery were known in the ancient world. It was believed that in addition to the treatment of female frigidity and male impotence, celery root is able to bring happiness.
Today we appreciate this plant, especially for the content of vitamins C, B, PP, E and provitamin A, as well as potassium, calcium, zinc, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. It has a positive effect on the nervous system, kidneys, and bladder, stimulates digestion and cleanses the body of toxins. Thus, it indirectly affects the best performance and the viability of the organism, and in fact in a sound sex in a sound body.

Effect

The main value of this plant is based on the three most important components. The first of these is the zinc; it affects the quality of sperm, as it stimulates the action of hormones and the male reproductive organs. The second is vitamin E. It can increase libido and stimulate the production of hormones. It is also called ‘vitamin of youth’. Third place goes to vitamin C, able to stimulate the production of hormones, improve blood flow to the genitals and enjoy sex.

Cutlets of celery

You will need:
– 1 celery root,
– Olive oil,
– Thick yogurt,
– Green onions, garlic or hot pepper, salt and pepper to taste.

Method

Peel the celery and finely chop slices of 1/2 cm thick. Boil it in salted water or steam it, and then fry in olive oil until ‘golden’ color. Prepare the sauce: finely chop the onion and add the thick yogurt. Season with salt and pepper; add the garlic and hot pepper. Pour the ready sauce on cutlets.

Salad of roasted celery

You will need:
– 4 stalks of celery,
– 3 color paprika,
– 6 peeled garlic cloves,
– 1 small eggplant,
– 2 onions – red and white, sliced,
– Olive oil,
– Herbs to taste,
– Coarse salt

Method

On a baking sheet, place slices of celery, chopped peppers, garlic, onions and eggplant slices. Pour olive oil, sprinkle with herbs and salt. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C from 20 to 40 minutes. When the edge of vegetables will dry out much, remove from the oven. On the plate, before serving, drizzle it with olive oil.
