Day 4

Breakfast: salad of grated carrots, seasoned with olive oil.
Dinner: 150 grams of baked fish, a glass of tomato juice (preferably freshly squeezed).
Dinner: Any fresh fruit, a total weight of no more than 200 grams.

Day 5

Repeat the fourth day of the diet. Make changes in the menu is prohibited.

Day 6

Breakfast: 1-2 cups of unsweetened tea or coffee.
Lunch: baked stewed 400 grams of chicken, supplemented with 200 grams of salad from cabbage with shredded carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil.

Day 7

Breakfast: green tea with lemon.
