Three out of 4 people want to start eating healthy and go onto a diet. But 90% fail and fall flat. Some people fail unknowingly and question why the weight hasn’t dropped. It’s also common for people to cheat on some days but go too far with that free eating. For some people, it’s impossible to start a diet in their situation.
When you’re on a diet to lose weight, not only do you need to eat curtain things but you need to exercise and help a little. A resource could be a gym. The recommended equipment is the treadmill, or you could walk around your neighborhood and record your time. Make sure when you use it to exercise 20-30 minutes and put the speed to your preferred number. (The time depends on your speed number.)
The right Diet food
A diet is mostly about the food you eat and avoiding junk food. The first important food you would eat is leaves/Salad but some people can’t eat that due to blood clots. Here’s a few other foods if you can’t eat salad that much; Grapes, apples, carrots, tomatoes, lemons, broccoli, and squash. You could make soup and put some of those vegetables in it, or you could get green leaves and combine your favorite vegetables to increase high quality meals, but still taste good. You could also make a fruit salad with strawberry dressing that is sweet but also healthy.
It’s ok for you to cheat but you also have to stop yourself at a curtain point. A cheesecake is good but maybe you only eat half of it and that’ll be enough to fulfill cravings for now. Some people find it hard to eat a little of something that could taste so good. It’s ok to eat the full thing but if you’re going to eat sweets, keep them low fat that way you have two options whether you’re craving for sweets or not. I recommend eating on the weekend because that’s your day off for some people and you could take your time going to the store and not to be busy trying to find something.
Loss of weight
When you lose your weight, that doesn’t mean you could just quit eating healthy. If you stop eating healthy and begin to eat whatever you want, there goes that weight again! You could still eat macaroni and cheese regularly but be sure to add a little vegetable to it. From my experience, it only took me two weeks to get to my goal doing this step. I lost 13 pounds to be exact. It may take a little bit longer than others but it is still worth it for you to take a turn in your life.
Why do I still have a big stomach?
You may have gone on a diet but you still have your stomach. You did lose weight, that’s just extra fat that could be removed with surgery, that’s the problem I had. Some people may think the diet would get rid of the stomach, but it doesn’t. The stomach doesn’t move a bit while you’re on your diet.
Closing your diet up
If you just get surgery, this would not help. It would actually gain the weight back or it would have terrible side effects! Be sure to lose a little weight before surgery. The doctor would also tell you to do this
